1. Do I  need my own padlock? 
  • Yes.

2. Do you have a gate Code? When Can I get into my unit? 
  • Our on-site manager opens the gates early in the morning (typically around 6am) and locks up at dusk (during winter months around 8pm).

3. When is rent due? 
  • 1st of the month.

4. Do you have any temperature controlled units?
  • No.

5. Do units have a concrete floor? 
  • Yes. 

6. Can I look at an open unit prior to renting it out?
  • Yes - schedule an appointment during business hours.
